"Always believe in YOU. Listen to your heart.Trust your instincts. Know you CAN.See your own strengths. Dream it~dare it.DO what you are afraid of. Keep the faith.Follow your vision. Remember ANYTHING is possible if only you believe."
Often times we are burden with the numerous task we have to perform each day, that of work, family and sometimes school. We feel overwhelmed most times and wonder how we will ever get by, how we can ever be able to pay our bills or debt and meet up with our responsibilities. Sometimesit's the error of our past that over burden us and makes it impossible for us to live happily in the present. The quote below has proved useful to me in many ocassions. "One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering."
Life is about who you love and who you hurt. It's about how you feel about yourself. It's about trust, happiness and compassion. It's about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance, and buidling confidence. It's about what you say and what you mean. Its about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. Most of all, it is about choosing to use your life to touch someone else's in a way that could never have been achieved otherwise. These choices are what life's about." ~Post by Katie Carlozzi
"Although your life right now may not be the type of life you see and dream for yourself, it is the only one you have at the present time. You need to start appreciating and enjoying it while you work on improving it."
This is a positive affirmation I use daily to reinforce my positive believe in myself. It has helped me in several ocassion when I wake up and just feel like am worth nothing. I have these words written and placed on my board at home and in the office.
You are a thoroughly good person. You are honest, decent, truthful, and hardworking. You treat other people with courtesy, respect, and warmth. You are strong, confident, and responsible. You are dedicated to your family, friends, and company. You were born for a special reason, and you have a great destiny to fulfill.Don't let anyone lower your value. You are priceless.
"Never give up on what's important to you. It might be a new job, your health, your family, your finance. Keep believing you deserve the best because you sure do. Let no circumstance ever push you to give up or lose hope. Never give up."
"Be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. Be as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own. Forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future. Give everyone a smile. Spend so much time improving yourself that you have no time left to criticize others. Be too big for worry and too noble for anger.--Christian D. Larse"
"You deserve to wear a smile in your heart. Not because of what you have or what you do, but because of who you are. Yes, you are changing each day; but you are always amazing just as you are. - Unknown"
"It is okay to blame yourself for something that went bad which was your fault, but it is not okay to keep blaming yourself everyday for it. If the harm has been done, there's no way you can go back and undo it. Stop looking back and realize there is only one thing you can do, LET GO, AND GO ON. Life isn't always fair, but God is. Ask God for help and then PRESS ON."
"What's done is done; What is gone is gone. One of life's lessons is keep moving. It's OK to look back and think of fond memories, but always keep moving forward."
There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh., forget the negative, and focus on the positive. Love all people and pray for the ones who don't treat you right. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is a part of life, getting up is living.
